No Win No Fee
Following an initial free interview, we will tell you whether you are likely to win or lose your case.
If we think you may win we can agree that we will only be paid for doing the work on your case if and when you win some money.
If you win we charge our usual fees plus an agreed percentage to compensate us for the risk we have taken of not being paid and the delay in being paid. Our fees, including this "success fee", are recoverable from your opponent and we make no deductions from your damages.
All of the necessary details will be set out in a formal agreement.
We can arrange insurance to remove the worry of the court ordering you to pay your opponents legal fees in the unlikely event that you lose.
